SME Business Digitalisation Grant
Eligibility
- The SME/Cooperative is at least 60% owned by Malaysian
- The SME/Cooperative (“Koperasi”) registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia
- The SME/Cooperative has been in operation for at least Six (6) months
- The SME/Cooperative has minimum annual sales turnover of RM 50,000

Completed SME Digitalization Initiative Application Form and Declaration Form. |

copy of the Identification Card or Passport of Director (s) / Partner
(s) / Proprietor(s) of the
SME / applicant appointed by the Coop , whichever is applicable. |

Copy of business registration licenses (SSM, Form A/B, Form 24 & 49 and M&A or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016) For Cooperative, a copy of SKM registration certificate. |

* Latest audited financial statements (For Sdn Bhd) [SSM, Form 24 & 49 and M&A (or other) *Tax Document (Borong E) (For Non Sdn Bhd) [SSM, Form A/B] *OR latest financial management account statement *OR the bank statement for the latest two (2) months; |

Quotation/invoice for the selected digitalisation services from the Service Provider listed by MDEC together with payment receipt of 50% payment to Service Provider. |
