We have been using Leg@IManager since the year 2014. Leg@IManager actually helps the clerks to keep track of important due dates as the lawyers can set the reminders for the clerks before the due dates are actually due. As a legal firm, we have hundreds of client's data that we are processing every single day and with the usage of Leg@IManager, we are able to search for the data of a particular client or file by just keying in the client's name or file number. This saves us a lot of time as we can also gauge the progression of the file by just looking at the transactions therein. In addition Leg@IManager has a feature which enables us to prepare various documents such as SPA, Form 16A, 14A, standard letters, etc by merging the information that we have already keyed in previously, into the relevant forms/templates thus saving us a lot of time from checking for errors as the previous information would have already been checked once. This feature therefore expedites our daily work as we only have to do the data entry once. In addition to the above, Leg@IManager also enables us to retrieve merged documents from the system if we need to make any amendments without having to go through the staffs PC if the staff in charge is not around.

Another important feature of for Leg@IManager is the fact that this system is able to reflect all the transactions pertaining to the ins and out of monies for each client's ledger. Instead of combing through the physical file, we can just print a summary of the transactions that have taken place thus saving a lot of time. All our bills, receipt and vouchers can also be generated with just a click of a button.

With this system, we are able to keep better track of the transactions in our client's and office accounts. Our efficiency is definitely optimized by using Leg@IManager and we would recommend other law firms to use this system as well.
